OUR FARMS

Our three farms – El Zurrón, El Poleo and La Veleta- were planted by us in their entirety with the indigenous Verdejo variety and are located in the Rueda Denomination of Origin.

All of them included between 780-820 meters above sea level, with a common clay-sandy loam soil with thick elements and calcareous subsoil.

The type of climate is Continental, long and cold winters with short and very hot summers. With a very high thermal interval between day and night, which allows the strain to achieve an accumulation of sugars and balanced acidity and achieve optimal alcoholic and phenological maturation.
